I bought 2 of these thinking I would have to alternate, after the first try they went somewhere in the toy bins, and my baby wouldn't care even play with it. Love the idea of freezing this to help baby with teething, but it's just way too heavy to hold and too big to put in baby's mouth. I even cut it in half and tried to see if it would be easier for my baby, and it's a no. So there's no way this is good from age 0+ like it states. I think the size works well for adults, not babies.
